You should receive an order confirmation to your nominated email address at the time you place your order. These can sometimes land in your junk or spam folders. If you haven’t received a confirmation but can see payment was taken, please contact Customer Service so we can investigate.
As the status of your order progresses through to the shipping stage, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number (keep an eye on your junk and spam folders). You can then track the delivery status directly via the StarTrack tracking portal.
We endeavour to ship orders within 48hrs however, during peak periods delays with dispatch may occur. If you have not received your tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
